Our grid architecture, which can be thought of as distributed and large-scale cluster computing, provides complete scalability and fast implementation. We process documents in real-time along with "batch", or scheduled processing through our servers.

ALEX also processes documents sent to designated email addresses.

Because our grid architecture, or controller, is the heart of our hosted solution, it not only manages and seeks the fastest route through the system to complete requests, it also stores custom rules, settings, taxonomies, and hierarchies.
